Shan-e-punjab lekin shame-e-chai...
Wandering through solemn gullys of the capital, I felt that it needed a dose of aapnu Amdavadi tea...Strong and overcooked in a cough-syrup sized cup, its truly the alchemy of weathered tea leaves, that will jerk you out of your rverie immediately....I have to say that when it came to tea and coffee 'up north' the tastes turned out to be sordidly grim and nowhere cud me and my fellow chaikalaal purva look at each other with the contention of a sariated tea lover...How we missed Ravi bhai and our kitli bhais during our detour in Punjab...

I think as a viable business option I will open a kitli branch there and indoctrinate the kitlibaazi thr...m sure as Sri wud like to pitch in with his dairy bizness and Yamu wen n if she finds time, can inaugurate the tea tasting experience considering the myriad tea flavours she has at home...
Dotz (the non-kitlibaaz) can design the place up while Sats can think up of ad lines....See how I have some fruitful employment for everyone in mind...Whoever I hav left out can send me their referrals on this and I will def'ly think of exciting job profiles...

Seeing the xcitement over Aisho Aaaram(literally) bapu, in Punjab a project study of religious gurus is underway and I have a colleague here who has come up with a business plan, will let u guys in on the plans soon enuff....But chai is the cetrifugal force of my journalistic aspirations, n as i sip my cuppa back in the Himachalised (20 C) environs of my office, n watch the drizzles outside I cant help but thinking about.......

another cup of chai, wat else...
